INSTRUCTIONS

GUACAMOLE PREPARATION

  • 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  • 2. Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher to your desired consistency. Some people prefer chunky guacamole, while others like it smoother.
  • 3. Add the diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and optional jalapeño (and any other optional ingredients you are using) to the bowl with the mashed avocado.
  • 4. Gently stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more lime juice or salt to your preference.

VEGGIE PREPARATION

  • 5. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  • 6. Cut the carrot, celery, bell pepper, and cucumber into sticks or strips. Cut broccoli into florets and halve or quarter radishes if using. Cherry tomatoes can be left whole or halved.
  • 7. Arrange the prepared vegetables on a platter or in separate bowls for easy dipping.

SERVING

  • 8. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl.
  • 9. Arrange the prepared vegetables around the guacamole bowl on a platter or serve them separately.
  • 10. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh and flavorful Guacamole with Veggies! If not serving immediately, cover the guacamole tightly with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent browning, and store in the refrigerator for up to a few hours.
